The existing identity felt like it belonged to an earlier, smaller version of the practice. It was not helping with recruitment, it was not communicating the sophistication of the team, and it was not giving referral sources or prospective clients a clear sense of what made this practice different from any other group in the area.

We rebuilt the brand from the foundation: new positioning, a comprehensive brand brief, full information architecture, and a visual identity anchored by a professional photography session with Donovan Mierlak that captured the warmth and energy of the team in a way the old site never could. The copy was written to reflect how Lindsay actually thinks and speaks, grounded in real clinical philosophy rather than the generic language that plagues most group practice websites.

The engagement has since expanded into ongoing content strategy, including SEO blog posts, LinkedIn presence, and video content designed to build the practice's authority over time. Lindsay's platform is no longer trailing behind her reputation. It is working alongside it.
